Medicare does not pay for the initial exam or for nutritional consults.

All copays are due at the time of the visit.

Medicare Advantage:

We do not accept Medicare advantage programs.

We offer a cash plan for people with Medicare Advantage.

All other insurance coverage:

No Insurance coverage:

No worries! We have cash plans for people without insurance.
